While Mentor Creek Senior Living opened its doors in 2023, the inspiration for Mentor Creek blossomed with its sister company, Care Your Way—a private duty, in-home care service. Care Your Way began 12 years ago with the objective of providing a service to older populations that doesn’t compromise meeting your loved ones’ needs.
At Mentor Creek, we distinguish ourselves by providing individualized care and ensuring top-notch quality every step of the way. We are also proud to specialize in memory care, offering tailored programs and compassionate support for individuals living with dementia. Our dedicated team is committed to creating an environment where your loved ones feel important, accepted, and empowered with choices.

I wanted to create a tightly-knit community where our residents know they are always seen, heard, and considered important. Mentor Creek Senior Living reflects my life's work, a testament to my devotion and dedication to each resident. In my 20+ years as a supervisor at a large assisted living facility, I never believed in cutting corners or treating people like case studies. This conviction led me to step away from institutionalized care facilities and take a leap forward in opening Mentor Creek Senior Living. Here, we not only encourage but consider it a necessary part of our care to take the time to truly understand and build rapport with our residents. Caring for your loved ones is a responsibility we take very seriously; we honor and respect each one of our residents. We treat your loved ones as if they are our own.
